Appointments and Cancellations


We are committed to promote dental health at all times. Regular checkups will keep your mouth healthy and help reduce the costs of your treatments.

Your dentist will recommend an interval for your next visit based on your individual oral health needs.

If you are unable to keep an appointment then please give us at least 24 hours notice so that somebody else can be offered the time.

Patients who often break/cancel/arrive late for appointment may not be offered further NHS appointments.

Our phones are often extremely busy early in the mornings, so we would recommend making non-urgent calls in the afternoon.

If you require treatment during Bank Holidays or outside or our normal opening hours, please contact our out of hours service on 03001 232 211

Alternatively for any emergency conditions you may attend the A&E department or Contact NHS 111 from any landline
